WORKING RELATIONSHIP STRENGTHENED BETWEEN BRIGGS EQUIPMENT NORTH WEST 200 AND MACAU GRAND PRIX AT 2024 EVENT

PACEMAKER, BELFAST, 14/11/2024: The Briggs Equipment North West 200 and Macau Grand Prix have enjoyed a close working relationship for many years. This week race director, Mervyn Whyte, has been working as rider liaison at the 2024 event alongside the NW200's Chief Marshal, Cathal Cunning and their Macau Grand Prix counterparts Patrick and Priscilla Castro, Bonnie Cheong and Anabela Jorge. Briggs Equipment North West 200 race director, Mervyn Whyte and the event’s Chief Marshal, Cathal Cunning, have been working alongside colleagues from the organising committee of the 2024 Macau Grand Prix in China this week.

“The NW200 and the Macau Grand Prix have enjoyed  a strong working relationship over many years.” Whyte said.

“This week we have been liaising between the teams and riders on behalf of the Macau organisers. The relationship we share is strong and well established and provides us with an opportunity to engage with leading international teams and riders as we seek to attract the finest road racers in the world to the north coast each May.”
